General terms and conditions

RESERVATIONS: Reservations, confirmations, adjustments and cancellations are made in writing. We respond to the request in writing with an accurate quote.

The reservation is considered valid after advance payment of at least 50% of the reservation amount by bank transfer.

Exception.

Upon receipt of the advance payment, the aparthotel will issue and send the final reservation to the client.

Changes to already confirmed reservations are only allowed if possible by the hotel and are free of charge.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations can be made without penalty up to 20 days prior to the respective arrival of the tourists, the advance is refundable after deduction of a 20 BGN one-time fee if the bank transfer is in BGN and 20 EUR if the bank transfer is in EUR. Cancellations within 20 days prior to the date of arrival of the tourists are made after deduction of the amount of one night, according to the price for the respective request for the period May, June and September and the amount of two nights, according to the price for the respective request for the period July and August.

In the event of non-arrival of the tourists, the amounts paid for the reservation are non-refundable.

Services requested and included in the reservation but not used during the stay at the customer's discretion will not be compensated by the hotel, except in the case of early departure in force majeure.

DISCOUNTS: All discounts and promotions are valid for bookings of at least 3 nights.

HOT DEAL requests are processed in accordance with the terms of the specific hot deal. Different discounts do not add up. The best discount for the guest is used.

INTERNAL RULES: All guests accept the Hotel's Internal Rules and Regulations when making payment for a reservation.

NO SHOWERING in the studios and apartments. Smoking is permitted in certain areas.
